Passport Reports Terms of Use and Service Conditions

Passport Reports — Website, Mobile Website, Android and iOS/iPadOS

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use apply to the passportreports.com domain and all of its language versions, the mobile website, the Passport Reports Android application, the Passport Reports iOS and iPadOS applications, the Passport Reports artificial intelligence assistant, passport rankings, visa requirements pages, country reports, comparisons, data tables, maps, images, and all related digital services. Collectively, these are referred to in this document as the “Services.”

By accessing, viewing, or using the Services, or by downloading or installing the mobile application on your device, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services and must uninstall the Passport Reports application from your device.

These Terms of Use should be read together with the Passport Reports Privacy Policy, Passport Reports Disclaimer, Passport Reports Methodology, Passport Reports Data License, and Passport Reports Advertising and Sponsorship Policy. Any specific policy published for a particular matter supplements these general terms in relation to that matter.

For applications obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the mandatory terms of service and usage rules of the relevant store also apply.

2. SERVICE PROVIDER AND CONTACT INFORMATION

The Services are operated by Passport Reports.

Postal address: 1 Seneca St, Buffalo, NY 14203, United States

Email: info@passportreports.com

Telephone: +1 (716) 414-2228

Notices concerning the Services, applications, content, licenses, intellectual property, technical support, or these Terms of Use may be sent through the contact channels listed above.

3. INDEPENDENT STATUS OF PASSPORT REPORTS

Passport Reports is an independent information platform that provides passport rankings, mobility scores, visa-free travel information, visa-on-arrival information, electronic travel authorization information, visa requirements, country reports, and global mobility comparisons.

Passport Reports is not operated by any state, government, ministry, immigration authority, border agency, embassy, consulate, diplomatic mission, international organization, airline, travel agency, or official visa application center.

Passport Reports is not an official website or application affiliated with, acting on behalf of, authorized by, approved by, or endorsed by any such institution.

A link to a country, public authority, or official source does not mean that the relevant institution endorses Passport Reports or has any official relationship with Passport Reports.

4. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES

Passport rankings, visa requirements, mobility scores, travel access categories, country reports, comparisons, and other content published through the Services are provided solely for general information, research, education, and comparison purposes.

No content provided by Passport Reports constitutes legal, immigration, consular, visa, citizenship, investment, or personalized travel advice.

Passport Reports does not submit visa applications, issue visas or passports, grant electronic travel authorizations, approve border crossings, or influence decisions made by competent authorities.

Nothing in the Services guarantees that a visa will be granted, that an airline will accept a passenger, that transit will be permitted, that entry at a border will be allowed, or that a traveler may remain in a particular country for a specific period.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY INFORMATION

Visa exemptions, visas on arrival, electronic travel authorizations, eVisas, transit rules, permitted lengths of stay, passport validity requirements, health documents, vaccination requirements, travel insurance, proof of funds, accommodation requirements, and return-ticket requirements may change without prior notice.

Before making any reservation, payment, visa application, or travel decision, users are responsible for verifying the relevant information with the official immigration or border authority of the destination country, its embassy or consulate, an authorized visa center, the airline, and any other competent organization.

A “last checked,” “last updated,” or similar date shown in the Services does not guarantee that the relevant information has remained unchanged since that date.

A route being identified as visa-free, visa on arrival, or subject to electronic travel authorization does not mean that every traveler will be admitted under the same conditions. Nationality, passport type, residence status, age, purpose and duration of travel, transit route, health status, previous travel history, and personal circumstances may lead to different outcomes.

6. PASSPORT RANKINGS AND MOBILITY SCORE

Passport Reports passport rankings are comparative data results produced in accordance with the platform’s published methodology.

Unless otherwise stated, the Mobility Score is based on the total number of destinations accessible through visa-free entry, visa on arrival, and electronic travel authorization.

Mobility Score = Visa-Free Entry + Visa on Arrival + Electronic Travel Authorization.

Passports are ranked first by Mobility Score. Where scores are equal, the number of visa-free destinations, the number of electronic travel authorizations, the number of visas on arrival, and alphabetical order may be used in that sequence as tie-breakers. Passports with identical measurements may share the same rank.

The rankings are not official government classifications. A passport’s rank does not constitute an assessment of the political importance, economic strength, security, quality of life, personal characteristics of citizens, or international reputation of the relevant country.

The rankings should not be used as the sole basis for citizenship, residence, investment, immigration, travel, or financial decisions.

Passport Reports may update its methodology, data categories, tie-breaking rules, and presentation format to improve accuracy, clarity, or comparability.

7. ACCURACY AND CURRENCY OF DATA

Passport Reports applies reasonable research, comparison, review, and updating processes to keep its content accurate, clear, and current.

Because international travel rules change frequently and sometimes without advance notice, Passport Reports does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Official sources may conflict with one another. A change made by a public authority may not be reflected immediately on Passport Reports. Errors, delays, or omissions may occur in data transfer, translation, country names, dates, classifications, calculations, links, software, or display processes.

Passport Reports may correct, update, reclassify, expand, or remove any content, data record, ranking, score, category information, or historical record without prior notice.

If you believe that content contains an error, you may send the relevant page address, the section you believe is incorrect, and any information that may help verify the issue to info@passportreports.com.

8. LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Passport Reports grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Services or their content to the user. All rights not expressly granted remain with Passport Reports and the relevant rights holders.

For mobile applications, the license grants only the right to install and use the application on compatible devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the relevant application store.

Prior written permission from Passport Reports is required for commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or conversion of the application, database, software, methodology, interface, or content into another product.

9. PERMITTED USES

You may use the Services for personal travel research, academic review, education, journalism, general comparison, and non-commercial reference purposes.

A limited quotation of data or content may be used provided that Passport Reports is clearly identified as the source, the content is not altered in a misleading manner, and the Passport Reports Data License is followed.

Prior written permission is required for large-scale data use, commercial republication, corporate integration, database creation, API use, automated data transfer, or resale.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing purpose.

Without written permission from Passport Reports, you may not copy in bulk, republish, sell, license, or transfer to another database any content, data tables, country records, passport rankings, or other datasets.

You may not use automated bots, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, or similar automated systems that place an excessive load on the Services. Standard and rules-compliant indexing activities by search engines are excluded from this restriction.

You may not attempt to bypass access limits, rate limits, security controls, caching rules, session verification, or abuse-prevention measures.

You may not reverse engineer, attempt to obtain the source code of, disassemble, modify, or create derivative products from the application, plugin, software, or any component. This restriction does not apply where applicable law expressly permits otherwise or where open-source components are governed by their own licenses.

You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, spyware, phishing systems, or any other element that could compromise security through the Services.

You may not impersonate Passport Reports, any state, public authority, embassy, consulate, or any other person or organization.

You may not present Passport Reports content as an official government statement, official travel authorization, or official visa decision.

You may not remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, license, or ownership notices.

You may not use the Services to collect personal data, track individuals, create unauthorized profiles, or send unsolicited communications.

You may not use the artificial intelligence assistant to conduct attacks, bypass security controls, obtain system instructions, extract data without authorization, send excessive automated requests, or harm another person.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Passport Reports brand, name, domain name, logos, interface, page designs, software, source code, database structure, methodology, ranking system, maps, tables, reports, graphics, text, translations, and visual arrangements may be protected under applicable copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.

Passport Reports does not claim ownership of basic facts concerning countries, passports, or publicly available travel rules. However, the selection, verification, classification, organization, calculation, presentation, and compilation of such information into a database may be separately protected.

The Passport Reports name, logo, or distinctive brand elements may not be used without prior written permission in a manner that suggests that another application, website, service, advertisement, or commercial activity is affiliated with Passport Reports.

Requests concerning intellectual property and permission to use content may be sent to info@passportreports.com.

12. DATA LICENSE AND ATTRIBUTION

Limited quotation, commercial use, bulk copying, academic use, corporate integration, and redistribution of Passport Reports data are governed by the Passport Reports Data License.

For small data extracts, Passport Reports must be identified clearly and visibly as the source. Data may not be taken out of context, presented in a misleading manner, or represented as official government data.

Prior written permission is required for bulk data copying, automated data extraction, database duplication, commercial dashboards, API products, resale, or any other service in which Passport Reports data forms a principal element.

13. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit to Passport Reports by email, feedback form, data correction request, question to the artificial intelligence assistant, or another communication channel is lawful.

You may not submit confidential information belonging to another person, personal data, copyrighted materials, or documents that you are not authorized to share.

By submitting content, you grant Passport Reports a limited, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, store, reproduce, and technically process that content for the purpose of evaluating your request, responding to the issue, reviewing a data record, maintaining security, and making any necessary correction.

This permission does not authorize the use of personal data for advertising or public disclosure. The processing of personal data is governed by the Passport Reports Privacy Policy.

Passport Reports may decline to review or may delete submissions that are unlawful, misleading, harmful, unnecessary, or present a security risk.

General ideas, suggestions, or product feedback submitted voluntarily may be used to improve the Services unless a confidentiality obligation has been expressly agreed, and no payment obligation arises from such use.

14. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT TERMS

The Passport Reports artificial intelligence assistant is provided to help users with passport rankings, mobility scores, visa categories, and information available within Passport Reports.

Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain statements that are incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for the context of the question. Assistant responses are not official information, legal opinions, visa advice, or travel guarantees.

Travel, visa, immigration, citizenship, investment, or legal decisions should not be made solely on the basis of an assistant response. Important information must be verified with competent official authorities.

Users should not send passport numbers, identity information, passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal data to the artificial intelligence assistant.

Passport Reports does not guarantee that the artificial intelligence assistant will operate without interruption, answer every question, or produce a completely accurate response in every case.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Services may contain links to official government sources, travel organizations, social media platforms, advertisers, or other independent websites.

Third-party websites and services are not controlled by Passport Reports. The relevant third party is responsible for its content, security, availability, privacy practices, products, and services.

The inclusion of an external link does not mean that Passport Reports endorses the relevant organization, product, service, or statement.

When using third-party services, you must comply with the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant third party.

16. ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIP, AND COMMERCIAL CONTENT

Passport Reports may publish advertising, sponsored content, or commercial collaborations.

Advertisements and sponsored content are kept separate from passport rankings, mobility scores, visa categories, methodology, and editorial content.

An advertiser or sponsor does not obtain the right to change a country ranking, mobility score, visa classification, data record, or methodological assessment by advertising on Passport Reports.

Publication of an advertisement does not mean that Passport Reports guarantees or recommends the relevant advertiser, product, service, or claim.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements, product safety, licenses, and transactions with users.

17. MOBILE WEBSITE AND APPLICATIONS

The Passport Reports mobile website and mobile applications may require an internet connection. You are responsible for any data or connection charges imposed by your mobile network or internet service provider.

The applications may present internet content controlled by Passport Reports within a secure web view. Website content, features, and updates may also appear within the applications.

Passport Reports does not guarantee that the application will operate identically on every device, screen size, operating-system version, or manufacturer interface.

Passport Reports may release application updates for security, compatibility, performance, or application-store requirements. An update may be required where an older version is no longer secure or functional.

You may terminate your mobile application license at any time by uninstalling the application.

18. ANDROID AND GOOGLE PLAY TERMS

The license granted for the Passport Reports Android application is intended for personal use on compatible Android devices in accordance with the Google Play usage rules.

These Terms of Use are entered into between the user and Passport Reports. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the content, maintenance, support services, or user claims relating to the Passport Reports application.

Google Play’s own terms of service may apply separately to purchases, downloads, security, store accounts, and application distribution.

Claims concerning technical support, content, product liability, intellectual property, or legal compliance relating to the application must be directed to Passport Reports.

Store transactions and refunds handled by Google are subject to Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.

19. APPLE APP STORE TERMS

The license agreement for the Passport Reports iOS or iPadOS application is entered into between the user and Passport Reports. Apple is not a party to this agreement. Passport Reports is solely responsible for the application and its content.

The license granted to the user is limited to use of the application on Apple-branded products that the user owns or controls, to the extent permitted by the Apple Media Services usage rules. Access through other accounts as permitted by Family Sharing or volume-purchase rules remains unaffected.

Passport Reports is responsible for any maintenance and support services required for the application under applicable law or these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.

If the application fails to conform to an applicable legal warranty, the user may notify Apple. Apple may refund any purchase price paid for the application in accordance with its own rules. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.

Passport Reports, not Apple, is responsible for claims that the application fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, gives rise to product liability, or infringes consumer, privacy, or similar rights.

If it is alleged that the application, or the user’s use of the application, infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Passport Reports, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, resolving, and settling that claim.

The user represents that they are not located in a country subject to an embargo imposed by the United States or designated as a country that supports terrorism, and that they are not listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list.

When using the application, the user must comply with the applicable terms of the mobile network, internet service provider, Apple Media Services, and any other third-party services used.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions of these Terms of Use relating to Apple applications. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that Apple has the right to enforce those provisions against the user as a third-party beneficiary.

If no custom end-user license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement may also apply to the application license. These Terms of Use continue to govern the use of Passport Reports services, content, and data.

20. APPLICATION PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE FEATURES

The primary function of the Passport Reports applications is to provide Passport Reports content through an internet connection.

The current Android application does not request sensitive permissions such as precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, health data, or advertising identifiers.

If a new feature initiated expressly by the user requires access to protected device data in the future, operating-system permission will be requested, access to the core Services will be preserved to the extent possible if the feature is declined, and the relevant disclosures will be updated before use.

21. USER ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS

The current core Services of Passport Reports do not require users to create an account or sign in.

If accounts, paid content, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, the relevant price, renewal, cancellation, payment, and refund terms will be displayed clearly before the transaction.

Sales of digital content or features in Apple applications may be subject to applicable App Store purchasing rules, while transactions in Android applications may be subject to applicable Google Play payment rules.

Passport Reports does not guarantee that Services currently offered free of charge will remain free indefinitely. Previously acquired legal rights and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

22. MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICES

Passport Reports may change its content, datasets, ranking methods, languages, application features, design, domain names, or technical infrastructure from time to time.

All or part of the Services may become temporarily unavailable because of security measures, maintenance, server failure, legal requirements, provider outages, or extraordinary circumstances.

Passport Reports may restrict, modify, or discontinue any feature, language version, page, or application in accordance with applicable law.

Users have no right to require that a particular feature, ranking, data record, or older application version be maintained indefinitely.

23. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Passport Reports does not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with every device.

The absolute accuracy of passport rankings, visa information, artificial intelligence responses, official-source links, or third-party content is not guaranteed.

Use of the Services does not guarantee entry into any country, visa approval, travel authorization, acceptance for boarding, investment returns, or any legal outcome.

Nothing in these provisions excludes any express or implied statutory warranty that cannot be limited under applicable law.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Passport Reports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

This limitation may include loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, reputation, or use, as well as visa refusals, denial of entry at a border, missed flights, canceled reservations, accommodation, transportation, insurance, application, or travel expenses.

Passport Reports is not responsible for decisions made by a user in reliance on information not verified with official sources, changed travel rules, third-party websites, or artificial intelligence responses.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Passport Reports arising from these Terms of Use or the Services will not exceed the greater of the total amount paid by the user to Passport Reports during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or 100 United States dollars.

These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, intentional unlawful conduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Mandatory legal rights granted to consumers remain unaffected.

25. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for using the Services in compliance with applicable law, these Terms of Use, and the rights of third parties.

To the extent of the user’s fault and as permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for reasonable losses, costs, and claims incurred by Passport Reports as a result of unlawful use, breach of these terms, submission of content that infringes another person’s rights, or an attempt to bypass security measures.

This provision does not limit consumer rights protected by mandatory law.

26. FORCE MAJEURE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Passport Reports is not liable for failure to perform an obligation caused by a natural disaster, war, conflict, terrorism, epidemic, strike, power or internet outage, data-center failure, cyberattack, decision of a public authority, change in law, application-store action, or another event beyond its reasonable control.

27. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Your access may be restricted or terminated if you breach these Terms of Use, compromise the security of the Services, engage in automated abuse, infringe the rights of others, or carry out unlawful activity.

Action may be taken without prior notice in cases involving an urgent security risk, legal obligation, or serious abuse.

When your right to use the Services ends, you must stop using the application and any Passport Reports content that you have retained without authorization.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, disputes, data licensing, and any terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

If you believe that content included in the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, you may send a notice to info@passportreports.com.

The notice should include the contact information of the rights holder or authorized representative, a description of the protected work, the complete address of the content alleged to infringe, the basis of the claim, and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate.

Incomplete, misleading, or bad-faith claims may not be processed. Passport Reports may temporarily restrict or remove relevant content while evaluating a valid claim.

29. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Subject to mandatory consumer law and country-specific mandatory provisions, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises, the parties are expected first to seek a good-faith resolution through written notice. Notices may be sent to info@passportreports.com.

For disputes involving commercial or corporate users that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts of the State of New York may have jurisdiction.

Consumers may not be deprived of mandatory consumer-law protections or the right to bring proceedings before competent local courts in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer protections in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries remain unaffected.

30. EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS

Users may not use the Services in violation of applicable export-control laws, economic sanctions, or trade restrictions.

Users represent that they are not listed on a prohibited or restricted parties list and will not use the Services for a prohibited purpose.

This provision also covers legal compliance requirements applicable particularly to applications distributed through the Apple App Store.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Passport Reports may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in the Services, applications, law, or commercial practices.

The effective date and last-updated date of the current version are shown at the beginning of the document.

Where a change materially affects user rights, Passport Reports may provide a prominent notice within the Services or use another appropriate method, depending on the nature of the change.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where mandatory law requires separate express consent.

Changes will not retroactively remove vested mandatory rights acquired by users.

32. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

The invalid provision will be deemed modified only to the extent necessary to make it legally enforceable while preserving its original purpose as closely as possible.

Passport Reports’ failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.

33. ASSIGNMENT

Users may not assign any right or obligation arising under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of Passport Reports.

Passport Reports may assign these Terms of Use and related rights in accordance with applicable law where the Services are transferred to another organization as part of a merger, restructuring, transfer of business, or similar transaction.

34. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Methodology, Data License, and Advertising and Sponsorship Policy referenced in this document, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Passport Reports regarding the relevant subject matter.

If a separate written agreement is entered into for a particular feature, paid service, corporate license, or commercial collaboration, that separate agreement may take precedence only in relation to the matter it covers.

Different language versions are prepared to preserve the same essential meaning. No translation may be interpreted in a manner that reduces rights protected by mandatory law.
